Following changes are made:

• Added Snow Effect
• Added Notification System.
  (Now you get notified when user's send you a message, quote you, or reply to your topic)
• Fixed YT, Vimeo, IMGUR embed.
• Added moderator+ options to add warn, info, error into posts.
• Added GTA VC Characters avatar pack.
• Added country flags.
   (Now you can edit it through your Profile. It will show on the posts you make beneath your avatar. It will also be shown upon registration process)
• Added 'Discord' tab next to 'Home'.
• Edited code highlighting.
• Added Spoiler option while making a post or reply.
